Shipping & Processing Information
Please allow 3-5 days for processing on all orders. Processing time is in addition to your selected shipping speed.
Free Shipping: Orders totaling $100 or more ship free within the US. Please note that subscription products and pre-order items do not count toward the $100 free shipping threshold.
Shipping Methods: All retail items are shipped via USPS, while wholesale orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that shipping times estimated at checkout are not guaranteed by Writual, as items are shipped by USPS and UPS.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, contact our customer support team with your order number and photos showing the damage. We will ship you a replacement item or issue store credit.
International Shipping: USPS International First Class Mail is the least expensive but slowest shipping option for international orders, often taking over a month to arrive and cannot be tracked once leaving the US. We highly recommend upgrading to a faster shipping option for international orders.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an item is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed and a new order must be created if needed. If items are returned to us due to an incorrect address, shipping costs must be re-paid for redelivery.
Liability: Writual is not responsible for items once they leave our facility. For lost, delayed, or undelivered packages, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve issues and file any necessary claims. We can replace items that arrive damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues, but not those damaged during transit by the shipping carrier.
International Delivery Support: If you experience issues with international delivery, please contact the shipping company directly for assistance, as we cannot track or resolve delivery issues once packages leave the US.
