Our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
At Writual Planner, we take pride in offering thoughtfully crafted, small-batch, and limited-edition products designed for Tarot and Astrology enthusiasts. As a small business, we are committed to ensuring the quality and uniqueness of each item we offer.

To honor our commitment to sustainability and maintain the exclusive nature of our offerings, we do not issue refunds for returns. However, we’re happy to provide exchanges for store credit in the amount of the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit issued.

Exchange Eligibility

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Digital Products

Please note that digital items are non-refundable. Since they cannot be physically returned, refunds are not possible once these items have been downloaded. If we can confirm the download has not yet been accessed, we may be able to make an exception.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item unrelated to shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If damage or defects are not reported within this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate an exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital downloads that have already been accessed via download link and are not eligible for refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item prior to placing your order. 

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for refunds. You can always contact us for any return questions.

How to Request an Exchange
  1. Contact our Customer Support team to initiate the exchange process. Be sure to include your order number or the email address associated with your purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we’ll promptly issue your store credit to the email address provided at checkout.
