Shipping

Order Processing:

• Please allow 1-5 days for the processing of all orders. This processing time is independent of the shipping speed selected during checkout.

Shipping:

• Retail items will be shipped via USPS, while wholesale orders will be fulfilled through UPS.
• The shipping times estimated during checkout are not guaranteed by Writual Planner, as items are shipped by USPS and UPS. Please refer to the shipping company for any information regarding service disruptions and delays. 
• Writual Planner is not responsible for items damaged while in transit.
• In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item unrelated to shipping issues please contact us with your order number and accompanying photos of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

International Orders:

• USPS International First Class Mail is the most economical but slowest shipping option for international orders. Shipments using this method may take more than a month to arrive and cannot be tracked once they leave the US.
• We strongly recommend choosing an upgraded shipping option for international orders. Any issues with the delivery of your international order should be addressed directly with the shipping company.

Shipping Address and Undeliverable Packages:

• Ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. If items are returned, additional shipping fees will be required for re-sending to the correct address.
• Once an item is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you realize there is a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 
• Writual Planner is not responsible for items once they leave our facility. If an item is lost or undeliverable, the buyer is responsible for contacting the shipping company to resolve any issues or file claims for the item. Once the item leaves our facility, we cannot assume responsibility for any non-delivery, as it is beyond our control and adheres to the address provided during checkout.

 

Free Shipping

 

Eligibility

• Order Threshold: Free shipping is available for orders that meet or exceed the specified minimum purchase amount. The minimum purchase threshold for free shipping is $100.

• Applicable Regions: Free shipping is applicable to orders delivered within the United States.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: Free shipping is fulfilled through our standard shipping service, which typically delivers within 3-4 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Customers may opt for expedited shipping at an additional cost, which is not covered under the free shipping policy.

Exceptions

• Subscription Items: Shipping charges for subscription items will be calculated separately and communicated at the time of purchase.

• Special Promotions: During promotional periods, we may offer free shipping on certain items regardless of the purchase amount. Terms and conditions for these promotions will be specified and communicated separately.

Additional Information

• Order Tracking: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your package.

• Split Shipments: In cases where an order includes both qualifying and non-qualifying items for free shipping, shipping charges will apply only to the non-qualifying items (i.e. Subscription items).

• Policy Updates: Writual Planner reserves the right to modify or update the free shipping policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be communicated on our website.
