The item is just as pictured and makes for a great and easy way for me to track my Cards over the course of the year. I simply printed the trackers out and used craft adhesive tape to adhere them to the notes pages at the back of my planner.

Received in an email with a download link. I have used it everyday, and color coded it to help keep track of all the cards I pull. It and the journal traveled with me across country this summer, so it's a little worse for wear. Luckily I printed it on some heavy paper.
