Simply store in freezer for immediate cold therapy when headaches appear. May also be heated in microwave for about a minute for warming therapy.

Each Moon Warmer product is hand cut and sewn from 100% cotton canvas, then filled with pure flax seed and dried chamomile flowers, lavender and peppermint. Eye Pillows may be draped on any body part to help with sore muscles or cramps. Pillows measure 8 by 4 inches and weigh 8 oz.
